Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Industrial Relations, or equivalent.
• 5+ years HR experience in life sciences/manufacturing setting.
• Experience with HR systems and labor relations.

• Partner with site leadership to improve engagement and productivity.
• Manage talent lifecycle with HR COEs: recruitment, development, mobility.
