Job summary

Target is seeking an HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner for leadership and a resource for team members. You will drive onboarding, performance management and leadership guidance while partnering with leaders to recruit, retain, develop and optimize performance and engagement across distribution centers.

You will collaborate with HR colleagues to deliver effective HR services and programs that align with Target’s values and business goals, ensuring a positive guest and team

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in employee relations, talent acquisition, organizational strategy, or training and development.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate clearly at all levels of the organization.
• Strong reasoning, analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Proven ability to motivate teams and manage conflict.
• Ability to understand policies and relate them to others; basic MS Office proficiency.
