Cytiva, part of Danaher, is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner – Enabling Functions in Marlborough, MA (on-site). You will translate business strategy into a people strategy, coach senior leaders, and leverage data and AI-enabled tools to drive HR impact.

Travel 25–30% to support global leadership and workforce initiatives. You will partner with Legal, Finance, and COEs to ensure scalable, compliant execution while maintaining strategic ownership of the people agenda.

Qualifications

10+ years in progressive HR leadership roles, MBA preferred.
Strategic HR business partnering across senior leadership.
Experience with talent and leadership development approaches.

Responsibilities

Translate business strategy into an integrated people strategy.
Advise senior leaders on talent, leadership capability, culture and change.
Use data, metrics, and AI-enabled tools to inform HR decisions.
Shape organization design, workforce strategy, succession planning, and bench strength.
Lead workforce planning and organizational effectiveness efforts.
Collaborate with Legal, Finance, COEs and HR Operations on complex people matters.
Lead and support complex change initiatives with risk management and adoption.
