Job summary

Cytiva, part of Danaher, is seeking a People Partner Director – Resins & Filtration for Pensacola, FL and Muskegon, MI. You will partner with site leaders to shape the associate experience, governance, and talent strategies across two locations in North America; on-site role with travel up to 15%.

The role requires 10+ years HR leadership, broad generalist expertise, and the ability to coach leaders on sensitive matters while advancing Lean HR practices.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree and 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Broad HR generalist expertise across employee relations, compliance, talent, engagement, and local execution of global standards.
• Ability to coach and influence people leaders on sensitive matters and enable adoption of modern HR operating practices.
• Experience leading local HR projects and change initiatives with measurable improvements to the associate experience.
• Ability to use people data and associate insights to identify trends and partner effectively with HRBPs, COEs, and business leaders.
• Continuous improvement mindset with familiarity with lean principles and structured problem solving in HR.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute people strategies that support organizational goals and drive business performance.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and leaders on design, workforce planning, and headcount actions.
• Ensure effective governance, compliance, and employee relations practices.
• Partner with COEs and leaders to manage complex, sensitive, or high‑risk people matters including crisis response.
• Coach leaders on organizational design, leadership effectiveness, and change management.
• Leverage people analytics to identify trends and improve talent outcomes.
