Job summary

Cytiva in Marlborough, MA is seeking an HR Business Partner for Enabling Functions to translate business strategy into a people strategy and drive organizational effectiveness. You’ll partner with senior leaders across legal, finance, and IT, shaping workforce planning and leadership development.

This on-site role requires travel and a strong data-driven approach. Applicants should have an undergraduate degree, progressive HR leadership experience, and ideally an MBA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Progressive HR leadership in a matrix/global environment.
• Experience in talent development and leadership coaching.
• Data-driven approach with HR analytics.

Responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into an integrated people strategy and workforce plan.
• Advise senior leaders on talent, culture, and leadership capability.
• Use data, metrics, and insights to show HR impact on business outcomes.
• Shape organization design and workforce strategy in partnership with leaders.
• Lead workforce planning and organization effectiveness initiatives.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, COEs, People Partners, and HR Operations on complex matters.
• Lead and guide adoption of complex change initiatives.
