Qualifications

• Broad HR generalist expertise (ER, compliance, talent, engagement) with ability to translate global standards locally.
• Experience coaching People Leaders on sensitive matters and implementing modern HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Duncan site and remote Hardware Solutions leaders to implement people strategies that drive engagement and performance.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and COEs to localize global workforce plans and headcount actions.
• Ensure governance, risk management, and compliant employee relations across the organization.
• Coach leaders on organizational design and change management, leveraging data to improve talent outcomes.
