Job summary

18 Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking an HR Business Partner to join a collaborative team supporting growth. You will consult with and coach leaders on policies, performance, and employee relations while partnering with HR Coordinators to ensure effective program execution.

This role emphasizes policy interpretation, training, data reporting, and process improvements across the organization. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of HR generalist experience with strong communication are expected,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business management, related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years practical HR generalist experience, with performance management and employee relations responsibilities.
• SHRM-CP or PHR Certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Advise, coach, and consult with managers on policies, practices, terminations, discipline, compensation, and performance.
• Assist in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
• Understand HRIS and report on data for management.
• Train employees, managers and leaders on HR policies, legislation and HRIS.
• Partner with leadership to mitigate escalated employee relations concerns.
• Handle employee relations concerns by investigating and resolving with proper parties.
• Identify areas where HR processes could be improved for end users.
• Conduct exit interviews with professional and field salary employees departing the organization.
