Job summary

Renewable Energy Global Company is seeking an HR Business Partner to partner with business leaders, own the full employee lifecycle, and help build and scale the HR function across U.S. operations.

This role combines day-to-day HR with developing processes, policies and programs, delivering practical guidance on performance, engagement and employee relations, and ensuring compliance with U.S. employment requirements.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of progressive HR experience in an HRBP or similar broad HR role.
• Experience across the full HR lifecycle including recruitment and onboarding.
• Hands-on recruitment and talent acquisition experience.
• Understanding of U.S. employment practices and employee relations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a high-growth environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers on employee relations, performance, engagement, and workforce planning.
• Own the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, retention and offboarding.
• Lead recruitment activities and partner with hiring managers to attract and hire strong talent.
• Develop and implement HR processes, policies and programs as the organization grows.
• Provide practical guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, performance and employee relations.
• Support initiatives around employee engagement, talent development and organizational effectiveness.
• Ensure HR practices are aligned with U.S. employment requirements and best practices.
• Maintain HR data and reporting and continuously look for ways to improve HR processes and the employee experience.
