Job summary

Bridgewater Bank is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to align workforce initiatives with strategic goals in our Twin Cities region. Reporting to the HR Director, you will balance strategy with hands-on support for leaders, driving employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation.

You will collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition and HR colleagues to deliver programs, analyze workforce trends, and support organizational change while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience incl. ER, performance mgmt, coaching.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and build trusted relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using HR systems and reporting tools.
• Detail-oriented and confidential.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching to leaders on employee relations, performance, and development.
• Lead and resolve employee relations matters, investigations, action processes.
• Partner with Payroll, Benefits, TA to deliver HR services and programs.
• Support performance reviews, compensation planning, status changes.
• Facilitate employee feedback mechanisms (surveys/exits).
• Maintain HR systems and reporting.
• Support organizational change and HR projects.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
