The HRBP serves as a trusted HR partner to assigned business units and leadership teams in talent acquisition, workforce planning, retention, employee relations, and performance management, supporting HR initiatives and organizational effectiveness across the Bank and its family

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• PHR/ SPHR/ SHRM-CP/ SHRM-SCP certification required.
• Experience in talent acquisition and workforce planning.
• Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership and hiring managers to assess workforce needs and support talent acquisition and retention strategies.
• Collaborate with Talent Management, Marketing, and hiring managers to enhance candidate engagement and strengthen the organization’s employment brand and value proposition.
• Manage assigned requisitions and full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through onboarding.
• Develop and maintain job descriptions for consistency across departments.
• Provide guidance on performance management, employee relations, and colleague development.
• Support HR initiatives and change management across Mutual Bancorp and its family of banks.
