Job summary

Bridgewater Bank is seeking a knowledgeable HR professional to join our team as an HR Business Partner. Reporting to the HR Director, you will align workforce initiatives with business priorities, guiding leaders on employee relations, performance management, and HR program delivery to support organizational success.

You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, and other HR colleagues to implement practical solutions, analyze workforce data, and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience including employee relations and coaching leaders.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build trusted relationships.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and confidentiality skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with HR systems and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on employee relations, performance management, employee development, and policy interpretation.
• Lead and resolve employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and corrective action processes.
• Partner with Payroll and Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and other HR team members to ensure effective delivery of HR services and programs.
• Support key HR processes, including performance reviews, compensation planning, employee status changes, and annual HR initiatives.
• Facilitate and analyze employee feedback mechanisms, including surveys and exit interviews.
• Maintain and support HR systems, employee data, reporting, and related processes.
• Support leaders and employees through organizational change, transitions, and workforce-related challenges.
• Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and the employee experience.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
