Job summary

Wintrust Financial Corp is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to design and execute HR strategies that support compensation, career development, performance management, and employee engagement. This onsite role offers hybrid flexibility, with one day remote per week to balance collaboration and focus.

You will partner with front line and senior leadership, advise on employee relations, and ensure legal compliance while working with Centers of Excellence on enterprise

Qualifications

• 3-5 years direct HR experience required.
• Workday experience helpful.
• Experience advising business leaders (Director, VP, or SVP level) in a complex, matrixed organization.
• Strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute HR strategies to support compensation, career development, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Advise and coach managers on employee relations and policy interpretation.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Collaborate with HR Partnership and Center of Excellence on enterprise projects.
• Mitigate risk and improve processes across the workforce.
