Job summary

Northwest Bank seeks an HR Business Partner to align business objectives with people strategies across designated units. You will serve as a strategic advisor, partnering with leaders to drive performance, culture, and organizational effectiveness.

This onsite role emphasizes workforce planning, organizational design, change management, and collaboration with Talent Acquisition to support hiring and growth. Monday–Thursday onsite; Fridays optional work-from-home.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field.
• 6-8 years of Human Resources experience.
• Experience as HRBP supporting leaders and strategy preferred.
• Experience in financial services or banking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to align talent strategies with business objectives.
• Advise on organizational design, workforce optimization, and change management.
• Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and identification of talent risks.
• Analyze workforce trends and metrics to identify opportunities and solutions.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring strategies and growth plans.
• Facilitate leadership development and talent review processes.
• Ensure compliance with policies and applicable regulations.
