Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in HR or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical, details-oriented with data interpretation.
• Proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Eligible for a full-time internship for 3–6 months.

Responsibilities

• Support HRBPs with day-to-day partnership across client groups.
• Assist with talent management initiatives including performance management and planning.
• Analyze HR data and prepare reports, dashboards, insights.
• Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives and culture programs.
• Support organizational design and headcount planning.
• Partner with cross-functional teams across HR functions.
• Conduct research on HR best practices and market trends.
• Support additional HR projects and process improvements.
