Job summary

NFI is seeking an HR Business Partner to align people strategies with business goals across multiple sites in the United States. The role involves advising leaders, coaching managers, and driving initiatives to enhance retention and engagement, while ensuring compliance and transformational change support.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of employment law, recruiting, compensation, and workforce planning.
• Experience in multi-site or multiple location responsibilities.
• Proven ability to lead organizational change initiatives, with a focus on business transitions and growth.
• Strong HR analytics and metrics to drive data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with leaders to align HR strategies with business goals and drive productivity and compliance.
• Coach managers on performance, succession planning, and learning opportunities.
• Investigate workplace issues and ensure timely resolution while promoting policy compliance.
• Support talent acquisition and retention initiatives across sites.
• Lead talent review processes, calibration, and succession planning.
