You will lead talent acquisition, oversee HRIS data integrity, support workforce planning, policy compliance, and change initiatives while partnering with corporate HR; a bachelor’s in HR or related field and 5+ years

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
Minimum of 5 years HR experience with business partnership focus.
Experience supporting multi-site or dispersed teams preferred.
Demonstrated success driving HR initiatives in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

Act as HR partner to site leadership and align HR solutions with business strategy.
Lead talent review sessions, succession planning, and cross-functional discussions.
Source, recruit, pre-screen, assess, and present candidates; build diverse pipelines.
Provide day-to-day guidance on employee relations and policy compliance.
Oversee HRIS data integrity and reporting; partner with payroll for accurate processing.
Lead local HR policy implementation and ensure regulatory compliance.
Collaborate on company-wide HR projects and organizational change initiatives.
