You will lead workforce planning, performance management, and retention initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience supporting high-growth tech or matrixed corporate business units.
• Strategic vision with ability to translate business strategies into actionable people programs.
• Coaching and influence across stakeholders from frontline managers to senior leaders.
• Proactive problem-solving with ability to spot trends and mitigate organizational risk.
