Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience supporting high-growth tech or matrixed corporate business units.
• Strategic vision with ability to translate business strategies into actionable programs.
• Proven coaching and influencing skills with frontline managers to senior leaders.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and agile execution capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to design and implement talent and org growth strategies.
• Assess structures, skills gaps, and dynamics to build high-performing teams.
• Coach executives on leadership, engagement, change management, and talent planning.
• Anticipate people-related risks and address issues with sound judgment.
