Job summary

Inspire TCI in Everett, Washington seeks a Human Resources Manager to provide HR business partnership and leadership across designated leaders. You will manage full HR activities to meet business goals, with emphasis on communication, employee relations, and coaching to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• MBA or Master's is an asset.
• Minimum seven years of progressive HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day to day human resources related activities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services and resolution of issues on behalf of the employees.
• Investigates and resolves employee relations issues; manages wage and salary programs, health & welfare plans, performance management, rewards & recognition, and training opportunities.
• Ensures all policies, practices, and actions comply with Federal and State laws and Legrand policy.
• Administers HR services to attract, develop, and retain qualified employees to meet business needs.
• Maintains positive employee relations; counsels and mentors supervisors and associates on discipline, motivation, compensation, development, or employment matters.
• Assists with development of HR policies and procedures; ensures compliance with policies and procedures; oversees federal, state, and local regulations.
• Deploys workforce planning to align with business strategy; collaborates with RPO to fill positions as required.
• Collaborates with division HR team to enhance employee experience, onboarding, and leader assimilation processes.
• Manages performance management processes; coaches on goal setting and feedback; crafts messages for performance-related issues.
• Performs other similar and related duties as required.
