Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking a Manager, HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR support across locations. You will partner with operations leaders to align people strategies with business goals and coach leaders on talent development.

The role drives workforce planning, performance management, salary reviews, and DEI initiatives with COEs, ensuring HR compliance and strong internal customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree - Human Resources Management or related field (preferred)
• SHRM-CP or equivalent certification is a plus
• Experience supporting hourly employee client groups
• Experience in call center, distribution center, or manufacturing env.
• Hourly travel up to 50% to multiple facilities as needed

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and implement HR programs that support business objectives and priorities.
• Partner with Facility Operations leaders and act as trusted advisor on people and capability implications of strategy.
• Coach leaders on talent development and performance management.
• Drive HR initiatives including talent management, training, succession planning, workforce planning, and salary reviews.
• Work with the business to develop workforce strategies aligned with HR objectives.
• Identify trends and collaborate with HR COEs to implement solutions and policies.
• Lead talent reviews and develop Individual Development Plans with leadership and COEs.
• Promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives at the local level.
