ADP in the Greater Philadelphia area is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, applying HR experience and ADP product knowledge to solve critical business challenges.

In this role, you’ll build relationships with external clients and internal partners, communicate clearly, and strive to exceed client expectations while upholding ADP's Integrity is Everything. Training and mentorship are available to support your success.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent in a systems-related organization
• 5-8 years of experience in a customer service or human resources environment with proven positive results
• College degree is not required; other experiences acceptable (e.g., military)

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR expert to ADP's largest clients and support complex products/technologies
• Solve client problems with broad perspective and proactive information sharing
• Communicate effectively to exceed client expectations and maintain high ethical standards
