ADP is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner in the Greater Philadelphia area. You will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, using HR experience, ADP product expertise, and consulting skills to solve critical business challenges.

Your #1 goal is client success and satisfaction. You will build relationships with external clients and internal partners, communicating clearly by phone and writing, and you will be part of a culture that values inclusion and growth.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of professional consulting experience.
• 5–8 years of experience in a customer service or human resources environment.
• College degree is great but not required; other experiences could include military service.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an HR expert to ADP's largest clients and support ADP's products and technologies.
• Communicate with clients to exceed expectations and maintain high client satisfaction.
• Provide recommendations and educate clients and ADP leadership with best practices.
