Job summary

Rancho Health is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner in Temecula, CA to partner with leaders across the organization. The role supports employee lifecycle needs, acquisitions and growth initiatives, and HR process implementation.

The HRBP blends strategic guidance with hands-on execution, coordinating with Payroll, Finance, IT, and Legal while maintaining compliance and a strong people focus. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of HR experience, familiarity with California

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive, broad-based HR experience.
• Experience across employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, benefits, leaves, workers' compensation, compensation, HRIS, and compliance.
• Strong project-management and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR lead for acquisitions, affiliations, de novos, and integrations.
• Develop and manage HR project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Review workforce information and assess structure, compensation, benefits, and practices.
• Identify gaps and risks, develop recommendations, and elevate as needed.
• Coordinate HR deliverables across Payroll, Finance, IT, Operations, Legal, and partners.
• Develop employee transition strategies and communications with HR leadership.
• Provide HR leadership with status updates, risks, and escalation items.
• Lead cross-functional HR projects from planning through implementation.
• Evaluate HR processes and drive scalable improvements.
