T-Mobile is seeking a strategic Sr HR partner to drive people initiatives for Growth & Emerging businesses. You will partner with executive leaders, coach the management team, and translate business goals into effective people solutions using data and BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience.
• 7-10+ years HR experience with 2-4 years in workforce planning & organizational design.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong client service orientation with urgency and integrity.
• Ability to interpret data and provide insights.
• Excellent cross-functional relationship building.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic direction to executive leaders with solutions that improve outcomes.
• Oversee program delivery aligned to HR initiatives.
• Understand business drivers and identify innovative HR solutions.
• Uncover insights using data visualization and BI to guide decisions.
• Advise on organizational change, diversity, and development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including COEs and HR partners.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
