Job summary

TW Metals LLC is seeking an experienced HR leader to guide day-to-day HR operations across a multi-state workforce in Exton, PA. You will advise leaders on employment law, drive workforce planning, and Champion inclusive recruiting and retention strategies.

You will leverage HR analytics, run training programs, and collaborate with Payroll and cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, fair, and efficient people practices in a fast-paced, manufacturing-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR/related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience across ER, TA, development, compensation, compliance, and planning.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, timekeeping, and learning platforms such as Kronos/UKG Pro.
• Proficiency with MS Office and using HR data dashboards to inform decisions.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve HR processes and protect privacy.
• Experience supporting a multi-state workforce; manufacturing or metals environment preferred.
• HR certification (SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR, or SPHR) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders, managers, and employees on HR guidance and employment law.
• Use HR metrics and analytics to identify trends, assess risk, and inform decisions.
• Partner with leaders on performance management, culture, engagement, and retention.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws across a multi-state workforce.
• Lead workforce planning, succession planning, organizational design, and change management.
• Identify and deliver training, reskilling, and upskilling programs across formats.
• Collaborate with Payroll on timekeeping, pay practices, and recordkeeping across locations.
• Champion DEI and onboarding that accelerates productivity and cultural alignment.
• Leverage HR tech and AI tools while protecting employee privacy and partnering with cross-functional teams.
