Wyatt Field Service Company in Houston, TX seeks an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to align HR strategies with organizational goals and support workforce development.

The HRBP partners with leadership to drive employee engagement, policy administration, onboarding, and HR operational excellence, while maintaining compliance and delivering people programs across the business. This role also manages HR systems and supports culture initiatives.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred or required within first year.
• 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Experience supporting HR functions including employee relations, recruiting, field services, industrial construction or power and performance management.

• Develop workforce development initiatives including supervisor training and employee development programs.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, employee engagement, and business objectives.
• Assist with policy implementation, communication, and HR initiatives to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Lead mentorship and engagement programs for professional growth and retention.
• Conduct job description analysis and position evaluations to align with operational needs.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs to enhance the employee experience.
• Maintain and administer HR systems and employee records.
• Prepare and distribute employee communications and policy updates.
• Support benefits, performance reviews, and workplace culture initiatives.
