Envision in Wichita, KS seeks a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to align people practices with its mission and strategic goals. This role serves as a trusted HR resource across the organization and leads key initiatives across performance management, leadership development, and employee engagement.

The Senior HRBP partners with leaders, coaches on employee relations, and develops onboarding to ensure policy adherence and workforce effectiveness. Ten percent travel is noted.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience as a senior HR business partner or strategic HR lead.
• Strong knowledge of performance management and leadership development.

Mansioni

• Partner with leaders to align people practices with Envision’s mission and goals.
• Coach leaders on employee relations, attendance, and disciplinary proceedings.
• Lead performance management redesigns and timelines across the organization.
