Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking an HR Business Partner for the Integrated Supply Chain, based in Milwaukee with a hybrid work model. You will guide organizational effectiveness and lead talent development initiatives across a global workforce, partnering with senior leaders and HR colleagues to enable strategic outcomes.

You will coach leaders, drive succession planning, and ensure alignment of HR policies with business needs, across multiple time zones and functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship.
• 8+ years in human resources or related field.
• 8+ years of project management experience.
• Korn Ferry suite experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to define workforce planning and development needs.
• Guide rollout of organizational and cultural change programs.
• Provide project management within organizational effectiveness.
• Advise leaders on performance and development plans.
• Ensure alignment of HR strategies with business goals.
