Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Team Lead, Supplier Development to manage a multidisciplinary engineering team and prioritize strategic supplier programs. The role involves onboarding suppliers, improving quality and cost, and training suppliers to Rockwell standards.

You will lead projects across geographies, collaborate with SQEs and Strategic Sourcing, and drive data-driven quality improvements in a global context. Hybrid work policy applies in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; US work authorization.
• 8+ years in manufacturing, engineering, or quality.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt; PMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Supplier Development Engineering team and set priorities.
• Develop and onboard suppliers to Rockwell requirements.
• Improve supplier quality, cost, and technology.
• Train suppliers and present in public speaking settings.
• Collaborate with SQEs, Strategic Sourcing, and Product Quality.
