Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Team Lead, Supplier Development to manage a global engineering team and drive supplier performance. You will oversee workload distribution, establish goals, and align with Strategic Sourcing and RASCII while guiding suppliers across Mexico, Asia, and Europe.

You will train suppliers to Rockwell requirements, manage projects end-to-end, and communicate results with leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Legal authorization to work in the US; no visa sponsorship.
• Experience leading supplier development projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Supplier Development Engineering team and manage workloads.
• Develop and onboard suppliers to Rockwell's requirements.
• Coach and train suppliers; public speaking as needed.
• Collaborate with SQEs, Strategic Sourcing, and Engineering.
