Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Supply Chain Business Systems Project Lead in Mequon, WI, with a hybrid schedule. You will analyze business problems, design automated solutions, and lead system integration efforts across manufacturing and IT teams.

The role requires Lean/digital manufacturing experience, strong communication, and about 10% travel. Responsibilities include configuring systems, testing, and guiding end-user adoption while partnering with manufacturing operations and corporate IT

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing and digital manufacturing solutions.
• Ability to travel ~10% of the time and work in a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business problems to be solved with automated systems and design solutions.
• Configure system settings and execute testing (unit, integration, acceptance).
• Lead cross-functional teams to address business or system issues.
• Provide consultation on automated systems to users and stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively across teams and organizational levels to drive results.
