Job summary

Rockwell Automation in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is hiring a Senior Manager, HR Project Management to lead the HR Enablement project management function. You will grow the team, oversee complex HR initiatives, and ensure work advances from intake to implementation and ongoing ownership.

You will align with HR leaders, IT, and HR Technology to clarify responsibilities, manage dependencies, and deliver cross-functional programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of people management experience preferred.
• 8+ years experience in project management, HR operations, business transformation, or related fields.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and developing communities.

Responsibilities

• Set clear expectations for project leadership, stakeholder engagement, communication, and delivery.
• Assign project management resources based on priorities, project complexity, team capacity, and required capabilities.
• Oversee project health and provide direction when scope, ownership, decisions, or delivery are at risk.
• Maintain practical project management standards, tools, and reporting across HR initiatives.
