Job summary

Rockwell Automation, a Milwaukee-based technology leader, seeks an experienced procurement professional to drive strategic sourcing for Professional Services. You will partner with senior leaders, manage supplier relationships, and steer cost productivity initiatives across global programs.

The role requires 8+ years in sourcing, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to navigate a multinational, matrixed organization. Hybrid work in Milwaukee, WI is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability to travel 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier lifecycle management for Professional Services categories including onboarding, RFx, contract negotiations, implementation and offboarding.
• Develop global commodity strategies for Professional Services categories such as consulting and financial services.
• Collaborate with Directors and VP-level stakeholders to align sourcing with business objectives.
• Develop and execute cost productivity, working capital, demand management and total cost of ownership initiatives.
• Lead negotiations and execution of MSAs, SOWs and other contracts.
• Oversee contract lifecycle activities including renewals, amendments and compliance.
