Job summary

Rockwell Automation, a global technology leader based in Milwaukee, WI, is seeking a Senior Manager of Data Analytics to lead the analytics function across the end-to-end supply chain. The role blends people leadership with hands-on analytics, prioritization, and the development of scalable Power BI and Power Platform solutions.

You will work a hybrid schedule at our Milwaukee facility, reporting to the Senior Director of Digital Transformation, and help translate business needs into actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas.

Responsibilities

• Own the analytics portfolio: define roadmap, manage demand, deliver high-value dashboards and analyses.
• Translate needs of VP/Director level leaders into actionable analytics.
• Produce KPI narratives and materials for weekly/monthly reviews.
• Drive visibility across service, inventory, demand/supply performance, logistics and distribution.
• Establish KPI definitions, data quality controls, and governance for global reporting.
• Lead development of Power BI semantic models, dashboards, and standards.
• Partner with IT to curate analytics-ready datasets using Databricks and modern platforms.
• Identify AI-enabled analytics capabilities like anomaly detection and automated insights.
