This hands-on role will support employees and leadership across multiple departments, including operational and distribution teams, with a focus on employee relations, recruiting, and performance management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional HR experience, including employee relations and/or talent acquisition.
• Strong generalist knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance.
• Experience supporting hourly, frontline, distribution, or operations employees preferred.
• Excellent judgment, discernment, and proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of an organization.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; HR certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR resource for employees and managers across assigned departments.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, workplace concerns, and HR policies.
• Partner with leadership on performance management, coaching, and corrective actions.
• Manage recruiting efforts, particularly for frontline and distribution positions.
• Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment and selection process.
• Assist with employee investigations and ensure consistent application of HR policies.
• Maintain job descriptions, HR documentation, and employee communications.
• Collaborate with HR leadership on employee engagement and process improvements.
