• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with significant benefits administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits, wellness programs, retirement plans, and leave administration.
• Genuine interest in specializing in benefits and employee well-being.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including comfort speaking to large groups.
• Patient, approachable, and able to explain complex benefits information to employees.
• Strong judgment, professionalism, and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Experience in an operations or production environment is a plus.
