The Freeman Company seeks an experienced HR Manager to partner with Corporate Functions as a strategic HR leader and trusted advisor. You will help shape people strategies across Finance, Technology Services, Marketing, and Legal, supporting two functions per role with a hybrid in-office schedule 2-3 days a week from Addison, TX or another TX hub.

• Trusted advisor to leaders on priorities, talent needs, and culture.
• Designs and executes the people strategy for Corporate Functions, aligning HR initiatives with business priorities.
• Advises on organizational design, workforce planning, succession management, and team optimization.
• Leads talent planning cycles and builds pipelines, development pathways, and capability-building programs.
• Coaches leaders to strengthen people leadership, drive accountability, inclusion, and performance excellence.
• Oversees performance management, ensuring fairness and alignment with expectations.
• Handles complex employee relations matters with objective investigations.
• Advises on engagement, retention, and overall team effectiveness.
• Partners cross-functionally to promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
• Leads change management with leadership, providing frameworks and communication strategies.
• Uses data analytics to diagnose issues and inform talent and engagement decisions.
