Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Senior HR Manager to lead the HR function at the Richardson, TX site on a hybrid schedule. You will partner with business leaders to drive HR strategy across talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and development, shaping a positive and engaging workplace.

You will manage a team of HR professionals, ensure compliance with employment laws, and provide strategic guidance to the HR VP HSS, SME and US&C.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in HR management or related role.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand needs and provide strategic HR guidance.
• Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and programs that align with business objectives and drive employee engagement.
• Manage and develop a team of HR professionals, providing coaching and support.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Handle complex employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
