Job summary

The Freeman Company (TFC) Brands is seeking an experienced HR Manager to partner with Corporate Functions as a strategic HR leader and trusted advisor. The role collaborates with leaders to deliver impactful HR support aligned with business goals.

Two roles will support two of four functions and are based at our Addison, TX HQ or another TX hub. The position is hybrid, generally requiring in-office 2-3 days per week, with responsibilities spanning people strategy, workforce planning, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
7-10 years HR experience, including 5+ years as HR Business Partner in a large org.
Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices.
HR certification (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as trusted advisor understanding business priorities, talent needs, and culture.
Lead design and execution of the people strategy for Corporate Functions.
Advise leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession.
Support integration activities for functional teams.
Lead talent planning and develop pipelines and capability-building programs.
