Job summary

Frey Consulting Group is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead a multi-state HR function. The role oversees approximately 270 employees across LA, MS, AL, and FL, reporting to the CFO in a high-accountability, hands-on capacity.

This full-time position offers hybrid WFH flexibility, ownership over benefits, labor relations, compliance, and talent development, plus up to 10% annual bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR management experience.
• Experience with unionized workforces and CBAs.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
• Experience with HRIS systems (UKG Ready preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end HR function and lead two direct reports.
• Support multi-state operations across LA, MS, AL, and FL.
• Oversee Open Enrollment, benefits administration, and compliance.
• Lead labor relations and negotiations with unions.
• Drive HR metrics and onboarding, development, and culture.
