• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR management or related field.
• 5+ years HR management, consultation, or leadership experience.
• SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages client relationships from onboarding through service delivery.
• Provides HR guidance on compliance, policies, recruiting, performance, and employee relations.
• Leads HR projects and delivers training on initiatives like investigations, culture, DEI, and leadership development.
