NV2A Group, a MasTec company in South Florida, seeks a Human Resources Business Partner to lead People & Culture initiatives across the organization, partnering with leadership to support engagement, workforce effectiveness, and performance.

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the HRBP will own programs, monitor outcomes, and collaborate with CE&I HR teams to align HR policies with MasTec’s strategy, driving continuous improvement and employee growth.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in HRBP or HR Generalist roles.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with field and G&A leaders to understand workforce needs and organizational challenges.
• Provide guidance on employee management, organizational effectiveness, and HR policies.
• Support organizational changes, workforce transitions, and employee integration.
• Maintain regular communication with leadership to identify people-related needs.
• Coordinate workforce planning with operational leaders and staffing needs.
• Own the execution and administration of performance management processes.
• Handle employee relations matters and guide managers on disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate compensation benchmarking, salary reviews, and benefits communications.
• Support HR operations, HRIS implementations, and policy communications.
