Nox Group in the United States seeks an HRBP Manager to partner with leadership, shaping employee experience and HR processes across field and office staff. The role leads a team of HR Business Partners, ensuring consistent HR practices and a supportive work environment across multiple sites.

You will support Reno, NV job sites with travel to AZ/NV, lead HR initiatives, and coach leaders on performance, onboarding, and culture alignment in a fast-paced construction setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with leadership responsibility.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish/English preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; data-driven HR practices.

Responsabilités

• Lead HRBP team to drive employee experience initiatives and HR processes.
• Coach leaders on people management, performance, and communication.
• Ensure compliance, data accuracy, and effective onboarding for new hires.
• Support leaves, investigations, and complex employee relations across sites.
