BNBuilders, Inc. seeks an HR Director to co-lead the HR function, shaping people strategy and day-to-day HR operations across BNBuilders.

Focus areas include talent strategy, recruiting, learning & development, performance and succession planning, and career development. The role partners with the HR Executive to drive a high-performance employee experience, culture, and compliance within a growing construction environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field or 10+ years of HR leadership experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Construction industry experience and knowledge of local GC market required.
• Experience with external recruiting partners and vendor management.
• Certifications: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP.

Aufgaben

• Translate business strategy into practical people and organizational priorities across regions, departments, and project teams.
• Provide leadership and oversight across all HR disciplines including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, compensation, benefits, policy development and compliance.
• Advise executives and leaders on complex people matters and coach through organizational change and development.
• Develop HR goals, dashboards, and KPIs; analyze workforce data to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead learning and development strategies, including curriculum and leadership programs.
• Oversee recruiting and early-career strategies for hard-to-fill construction roles; strengthen employer branding and candidate experience.
• Ensure talent programs are equitable, compliant, and competitively positioned.
