Job summary

T&T Construction Management Group in Orlando, FL seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR programs across office and field teams. You will drive recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, payroll, performance management, compliance, and safety training, partnering with project leadership to attract and retain a skilled workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration or related field; experience may substitute.
• Five+ years HR experience with at least two in a supervisory role; construction industry preferred.
• Knowledge of employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, OSHA, EEO, ACA, COBRA, I-9).
• Experience with HRIS, payroll and benefits platforms; strong MS Office skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR staff, set priorities and conduct performance reviews.
• Oversee full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for office and field personnel.
• Advise managers on employee relations and investigations.
• Administer benefits, leaves, and workers' comp with carriers.
• Maintain HRIS and payroll data integrity; ensure compliance.
• Develop policies, handbooks and job descriptions.
• Coordinate safety trainings and required certifications.
• Track HR metrics and present leadership with insights.
• Support engagement and retention initiatives.
