The role partners with leaders to design and implement HR programs, ensures policy compliance and effective communication, and drives organizational development and talent growth across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Five years of HR experience with employee relations.
• SHRM CP/SCP or HCI PHR/SPHR certification.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide tactical and strategic consulting on people and organization development to support business objectives.
• Counsel employees and leaders on routine employee relations issues, policy interpretation, performance improvement processes, investigations, and terminations.
• Drive development and execution of HR plans and strategic partnerships with business leaders.
• Lead employee relations groups to foster positive relationships and compliance with policies and laws.
• Coordinate organizational development, leadership development, and change management initiatives.
• Support wage and salary decisions and collaborate with HRIS, Compensation, and Talent Acquisition to meet internal client needs.
