Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Five years of experience in Human Resources handling employee relations.
• Professional certification SHRM CP/SCP or HCI PHR/SPHR.

Responsibilities

• Provide tactical and strategic consulting on people and organization development aligned with business objectives.
• Support and counsel employees and leaders on routine employee relations issues including policy interpretation and performance improvement processes.
• Lead or coordinate investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations in line with policies and laws.
• Coach senior leadership to operate within policies, contracts, and regulations while driving HR initiatives.
