Job summary

The Corporate Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is a strategic partner between HR and TIC Solutions’ corporate management, aligning HR priorities with business strategy and delivering integrated, sustainable HR programs for corporate functions.

This in-office role is based in Houston, TX and directs regional HR activities to optimize compensation, policies, and regulatory compliance in alignment with corporate policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or related field preferred.
• HR designation is considered an asset.
• Minimum 5 years of multi-discipline HR experience.
• Knowledge of HR functions, processes and best practices.
• Familiarity with employment legislation and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR best practices and continuous improvement aligned with corporate strategy.
• Review and update TIC Solutions policies at the corporate level.
• Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Coach regional managers on organizational design, performance and engagement.
• Support leadership meetings and cross-functional teams with HR programs.
• Analyze HR metrics to improve programs and processes.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives.
