Job summary

OneDigital seeks a Human Resources Business Partner to strengthen client relationships, foster a positive workplace culture, and ensure employment law compliance. The HRBP acts as a strategic liaison between internal partners and Resourcing Edge clients, handling performance and productivity goals.

This hybrid role is based in Westerville, OH, and supports Resourcing Edge’s mission to enable clients’ success while maintaining strong SOPs and training materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; or 6+ years’ experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• 3+ years professional Operations, Client Services, Account Management and/or Sales experience.
• Demonstrated ability in customer service and problem resolution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HRIS, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
• Must work well in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse workforce.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships as the main contact for key stakeholders.
• Provide guidance on payroll, benefits, HR, and employee relations; escalate as needed.
• Resolve issues and update clients on program changes and procedures.
• Meet with clients quarterly to assess service quality and needs.
• Ensure client satisfaction with service delivery and outcomes.
• Coordinate information flow between clients and the organization, including tech concerns.
• Conduct client orientations, benefits enrollment, and new hire onboarding.
• Demonstrate web/software products and provide training for new clients.
