Job summary

Insperity in Orlando, FL seeks a Human Resource Specialist to tailor HR services for client organizations. You’ll collaborate with client management to align resources, deliver guidance on employee relations, benefits, and compliance, and support performance management initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, 2–5 years of HR experience, and certifications are a plus. Travel up to 15% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field or equivalent work experience is required.
• Two to five years of related Human Resources experience is required.
• PHR, SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages a book of business by contributing to clients' overall success and retention.
• Advises client management utilizing knowledge of employee relations, legislation, benefits, wage and hour, and performance management.
• Collaborates with client management to align HR strategy and goals.
• Provides HR guidance on issues and develops HR strategies.
• Analyzes trends to develop solutions, programs, and policies to mitigate risk.
• Maintains documentation in client management systems and databases.
